Ross Farquhar, Marketing, Innovation and Sustainability Director at Little Moons

Ross is Marketing Director at Little Moons, Europe’s largest mochi ice cream business and the breakout viral pioneer of the emerging frozen snacking category. At Little Moons he’s charged with accelerating already impressive growth through stand-out activity at all touch points, from marketing communications to product innovation to rapid distribution growth, particularly across markets outside of the UK.

Prior to joining Little Moons Ross was CMO at wagamama, the beloved pan-Asian restaurant business. There he delivered like for like growth in an otherwise stagnant category, produced an anime epic that took the internet by storm and led a team of talented marketers that made the business best-in-class at a local, regional and national level.

Ross’ career before that was a mix of blue chip client-side FMCG (Cadbury, Diageo) and agency, having been a Partner at creative company 101. There his range of experience stretched from pensions to cake to aviation loyalty, all while growing from start-up to maturity and ultimately sale to Interpublic Group.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
