Rowena Morris, Sales & Marketing Director, PwC

Rowena is a Director at PwC, where she specialises in go-to-market strategy. She is responsible for building relationships, reputation and revenue for PwC’s £780m Deals business. In 2020, she led on PwC’s UK Sales and Marketing response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She is part of the firm’s Sales and Marketing leadership team where she brings energy, creativity and agility to deliver results that make the difference.

Rowena is passionate about developing and inspiring talent and leads PwC’s Rising Stars programme for the Sales and Marketing function. Her belief is that with the right motivation, support and coaching, people can achieve anything. She is also a mentor for a social enterprise, which enables talented people with young children to develop their leadership careers.

In addition to her main role, Rowena hosts PwC’s Business in Focus podcast, where she interviews a range of industry experts and discusses the ways businesses are navigating through changing times.

Prior to PwC, Rowena gained a wide range of experience across marketing and business development in several professional services firms. She graduated in 2010 from the University of Sussex with a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Product Design.

Rowena is a Non-Executive Director for parkrun UK, whose mission is to create a healthier and happier planet. Her focus is on identifying obstacles that prevent people from becoming more active and developing solutions to encourage more diverse participation.

Outside of work, Rowena can usually be found enjoying the outdoors, either running or exploring the Sussex countryside, where she lives with her partner, Nick.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
