Russ is President of Inizio Engage XD.
Inizio Engage XD , formerly The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG), has been a Best Companies™ Top 50 Company to Work For and Mind Workplace Wellbeing Gold Award winner. Previously backed by private equity house LDC, Russ worked with LDC to found, structure and position The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG), and exit its investment in the strategic trade sale to Huntsworth (now Inizio) in 2017. Huntsworth was acquired by US Private Equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice in 2020.
Prior to Inizio, Russ held strategic and leadership roles in a variety of blue-chip advertising agency groups, including Havas, IPG and WPP.
He is a member of The Marketing Group of Great Britain; Forbes Business Council; Fellow of the RSA; EMBA advisor for Oxford Saïd Business School and Honorary Doctor, University of West London.
Russ was Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Creative Mentor Network from 2018 – 2024, former Chair of the Advisory Board for Isla and NED of Basketball England.
