I was born and raised in Northern Ireland, studying Engineering but never used it! Joined the corporate ladder selling and marketing lots of snacks and Barbie at one stage (who knew how big she could be once Greta Gerwig got her hands on it). Moved on to consulting, harnessing my experience with great FMCG companies – procured even more knowledge. Then took a leap into the unknown, moved to Switzerland joining Bayer Consumer Health, selling and marketing OTC products. Joined the Crop Science division in 2020 and was given the best job I’ve ever had marketing vegetable seeds. Now my team work on innovation, nutrition, sustainability, regenerative agriculture, food security and keeping our business healthy for the future.

As for me I live in the Swiss hills with two forest cats and a husband with both of us trying desperately to learn German and failing badly.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
