Saj joined AIB as Chief Customer Officer in March 2024. With over 35 years of experience in senior customer, marketing, product, and digital roles across healthcare, mobile telecommunications, consumer, retail, and financial services, Saj’s expertise spans both global and domestic markets.
Most recently, Saj held senior roles at Helping Hands and Interactive Investor and served as the Chief Customer Officer at Santander UK.
Saj holds a Marketing Degree, is a Fellow of the Marketing Society, and currently serves as the President of The Market Research Society.
Saj has a life long interest in obscure music and fashion from the 1960s and 70s.
