Sally Bailey, Chair and Board Advisor

For over 25 years Sally has been a trailblazer of values-driven business, putting people and customers at the heart of the companies that she runs. After leading the turnaround at Miss Selfridge Sally joined White Stuff in 2004 as an equity partner and CEO. In her nine years there Sally transformed the company from a £13m turnover outdoor clothing retailer into a £113m lifestyle multichannel brand. She also created and chaired The White Stuff Foundation which gave money to charities in each town where White Stuff traded.

Since stepping down from White Stuff Sally had built a portfolio career sitting on various boards and advising sustainable brands.

Sally is Chairwoman of the lifestyle brand Weird Fish and of the ethical, global market place Everpress. She is an operating partner at Future Business Partnership who provide sustainable businesses with ethically-motivated capital. She mentors female entrepreneurs of socially minded start-ups such as Dilli Grey and Oddbox.

Sally is also Chairwoman of Pilotlight, an award winning charity that brings the business and charitable worlds together to create positive social change.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
