Currently she is working for her family business as a Marketing and Brand Manager, where she is in charge of launching a premium D2C honey brand to Western European markets. For this project, she attracted investments from USAID and World Bank to promote sustainable beekeeping products. After studying marketing and brand management, she began her career in luxury fashion looking after the Russian market for a global e-commerce brand. She then moved to a fin-tech start-up where she drove lead-generation strategies to record six digits in revenue before converting from a busy start-up life to a buzzy beekeeping life. In this new role, she is looking to raise awareness about the importance of sustainable beekeeping and change the way people perceive and consume a 8000 years old product.
Her passion for connecting, sharing knowledge and empowering people inspired her to co-found MentorMe, the first mentorship platform in Moldova, connecting leaders of today with the leaders of tomorrow. Throughout the program, over 700 young people benefited from mentorship and succeeded in finding university courses, internships or jobs. Her dream is to be able to connect each young student or professional in Moldova with a mentor that can open new opportunities for them to develop and grow.
