Sara is Sales and Marketing Director for Merlin Entertainments where she is tasked with building and delivering the brand, sales and marketing strategy for Merlin’s indoor attractions across the UK, including cities (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh) and coastal resorts (Brighton, Blackpool, Scarborough & more) for global brands LEGOLAND Discovery Centres, SEA LIFE, The Dungeons, Madame Tussauds, The lastminute.com London Eye, Shrek’s Adventure! London and Blackpool Tower.

Sara has deep experience of global and UK markets from the world’s biggest content and franchise brands. Prior to joining Merlin, Sara was Digital Marketing Director in LEGO’s Marketing and Product Development team and VP Franchise Marketing & Digital Planning at BBC Worldwide. She has consistently created innovative work and is a recognised industry innovator with a plethora of awards to her name. These include being named a Top 100 Most Effective Marketer by Marketing Week, Drum Digerati twice and in The Hospital Club’s 100 as one of the most influential in UK creative industries.

All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
