With experience spanning retail and CPG across brand marketing, communications, merchandising, HR, and large-scale transformation, she brings a uniquely diverse perspective to building brands and leading teams. As Vice President of Marketing at Yoobi, Sarah is focused on strengthening brand foundations and unlocking new opportunities for growth. At the heart of this work is Yoobi’s give-back mission, ensuring purpose remains central as she drives cultural relevance, fosters insight-led innovation, and builds stronger partnerships across retail and licensing.

Over the course of her career at General Mills, Sarah held senior leadership roles across multiple businesses. She modernized marketing functions, delivered award-winning campaigns, and built high-performing teams that unlocked growth across both established and emerging categories. Earlier at Target, she drove merchandising innovation and helped shape omni-channel strategies that paved the way for more integrated retail experiences.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
