Sarthak Seth has over two decades of experience building brands, shaping markets, and scaling businesses across real estate, consumer durables, and digital first ventures in India and South Asia. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited, where he leads enterprise wide brand and marketing strategy, digital and social platforms, communications, consumer insight, and product development, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and growth. He also serves on the boards of multiple project SPVs, contributing to governance, strategic oversight, and long term value creation.
In his current and past roles, Sarthak has focused on operating at the intersection of strategy and execution—designing go to market models, leading business and brand transformation initiatives, and building organisational capabilities that support long term value creation. His experience spans scaling established brands, building new businesses from the ground up, and working in complex, multi stakeholder environments where brand stewardship and business performance move in tandem.
Prior to Tata Realty, Sarthak was Chief Marketing Officer at Panasonic India and Business Chief for Sanyo, where he played a pivotal role in brand repositioning and in building a digital first business. Earlier in his career, he held brand leadership roles at LG Electronics, including a global assignment at the company’s headquarters in Seoul. An alumnus of UCLA Anderson School of Management and NUS Business School, he continues to deepen his strategic thinking through doctoral research at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and actively contributes to the global marketing leadership community.
