Sean is an experienced digital leader of high-growth digital B2C businesses. He is currently CEO at Immediate Media’s digitally-led businesses including BBC Good Food, Radtiotimes.com, Gardeners World amongst others. Previously he was CEO at Direct Ferries, the Private Equity-owned leading global ferry ticketing service & OTA and also a Venture Partner at MMC Ventures in London. He has in the past sat on the boards of LoveHomeSwap, the online home exchange service and now part of the Wyndham Group, and Boticca.com, an online jewellery and accessories marketplace which was sold.

Before that roles included: Chief Digital Officer at Travelex, the UK-based leading foreign exchange specialist where he led the business and digital transformation of the Group; COO at Shutl, the same day e-commerce delivery platform, which he helped sell to eBay for ~$100m; International Managing Director for online dating company, eHarmony; Group Product Marketing Head, EMEA, at Google where he led product marketing for monetization products across Europe; and Founder/CEO of DM Europe, a B2B technology news provider that harnessed the power of volunteer

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.
