As Vice President, Marketing Transformation and Social-First, Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever, Selina leads global marketing capability. She is currently spearheading Unilever’s Marketing Transformation to a Social First model powered by AI.
Previous to this role she has worked on some Unilever’s most iconic brands such as Axe and DIG and led eCommerce and digital business development in Europe. Most recently, Selina was CEO of The Uncovery, Unilever’s New Business Creation incubator which used a start-up approach and mindset to launch new brands in the Beauty and Wellbeing space.
Selina joined Unilever from Cancer Research UK where she worked on the brand team developing the equity and heritage of the charity. Prior to this she studied Experimental Psychology at Oxford University.
