Shaifali G. Nathan is Google’s Senior Director of Ads Marketing and Insights for Asia Pacific. In this dual role, she leads marketing for Google’s advertising business in APAC while also heading the Consumer and Market Insights (CMI) function that guides strategy across all Google Marketing including Consumer Apps.

A seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in financial services and technology, she is driven by digital transformation to fuel business success. As a firm advocate for AI-powered marketing, she champions innovation and leverages cutting-edge AI solutions to help clients navigate the digital landscape and unlock new opportunities.

Beyond her professional achievements, she actively mentors women within Google and previously served a key leader and executive sponsor in Google’s Women@ committee. She aspires to inspire and guide the next generation of women to become the best versions of themselves.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.
