Shari Donnenfeld

Shari is an ICF-accredited Executive Coach who has the privilege of working with exceptional executives and teams around the world in many areas including media, entertainment, creative-led businesses, technology, advertising, marketing, and communications.

Shari works with both seasoned and new leaders and, via a positive psychology and strengths-based approach, helps accelerate performance through a range of developmental areas including broadening self-awareness, improving emotional intelligence, overcoming imposter syndrome, and building confidence, gravitas, and integrity. Shari has a bold yet nurturing style and great sense of humour and is truly gratified to see her clients achieve extraordinary results.

In addition to coaching, Shari runs a marketing, brand strategy and consumer insights consultancy and is currently ‘walking in the same shoes’ as many of her clients. Prior to consulting, Shari held senior leadership roles at Nickelodeon, Fox, The Walt Disney Company, Hit Entertainment/Mattel and WildBrain and has been lucky to work with many of the world’s most loved kids’ and family brands. Shari began her career in advertising at FCB in New York.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
