Sian is a leadership specialist, with over 20 years’ experience working within the Telecommunications, FMCG, Electronics and Manufacturing Industries. A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and an ICF accredited coach, she has successfully facilitated and coached internationally across Europe, the Far East, Australia and the Americas.
Sian is skilled at creating safe and trusting environments in which people feel able to really stretch themselves and work on the core issues that will be central to their success. Her honest and direct personal observations and feedback offer a clarity of focus that enables people to take clear, informed actions in the most challenging situations. At the same time, she is naturally collaborative in her approach, bringing a sense of humour, energy and lightness of touch which reflect her philosophy that people learn best if actively engaged.
Based on her experience and research, she is always looking at ways to add additional insight in the work she does with leaders, having designed bespoke 360 feedback and survey tools, in addition to having accreditations in a wide range of psychometric tools including DISC, MBTI Step 1 & 2, 16PF, Hogan HPI and HDS.
