Simon Lloyd, Chief Marketing Officer, Aldermore Bank PLC 

Simon is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Aldermore bank and has over 25years’ experience working with some of the World’s most iconic brands including Nokia, Kellogg’s and AXA. Formerly the Chief Marketing Officer of Virgin Atlantic, Simon has years of experience being at the forefront of creative and innovative marketing.

Prior to this, Simon was Director of Media Engagement, Marketing and Audiences at the BBC where he had responsibility for the distribution of all marketing content across all platforms. Simon was also responsible for the strategic marketing and brand leadership of BBC Sport, iPlayer, Radio 5Live,and Children’s. Prior to joining AXA, he worked with international clothing company Supergroup Plc to develop the Marketing Strategy for the Superdry brand.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
