As a VP, Account Director, Stephanie’s dedication, commitment and more than 10 years of client service have been felt on a variety of brands, namely Comcast, Shop Your Way, Tazo, Tyson and Bomb Pop and a host of Kraft Heinz brands. She now leads the RITZ and Google for Creators accounts at The Martin Agency. She grew her advertising career through positions at VMLY&R Chicago, Symmetri Marketing Group and Burrell Communications.
Professionally, Stephanie consistently goes above and beyond for the sake of her clients, the creative work and the agency. She is respected by her peers, superiors and clients alike no matter the agency or the account and recognized for the value she brings to the team dynamic.
Outside of her passion for advertising, Stephanie has always been active in mentorship; taking a personal interest in young people (ladies of color in particular) in her academic, professional and religious settings. As a result, she’s served on various committees for organizations focused on the emotional, professional and personal development of underserved youth throughout her life and career. She truly believes that it’s her duty to pour into others what’s been invested in her and considers the best vehicle through which to do that is 1:1 investment and interaction.
Stephanie spearheaded the formation of D&I efforts at VMLY&R Chicago and continued to become a founding member of VMLY&R’s Inclusion & Diversity Council. She currently is very active within The Martin Agency’s Black Employee Network ERG.
Stephanie’s other, more personal, passions include: cake decorating, crocheting and spending time with her family, especially her three beloved nieces and her dog, Zuri.
