Steph is the Director of Marketing & Strategic Operations for global marketing consultancy TwentyFirstCenturyBrand. As the first hire in Europe in March 2020, Steph worked with the Co-Founder to launch, build and scale the European business, leading a team across strategy, operations, project management and design, in Tbilisi, Munich, Belgium, Los Angeles, San Francisco and London. She’s partnered with the world’s most exciting tech Founders from Depop, VanMoof, Flo Health, Zalando to Bumble, building the most influential brands of our time. In 2021, Steph was named in Campaign Magazine’s Female Frontier Awards.
Red Bull alumni and an advertising background, ensuring she uses her talent for good, throughout her career Steph has been the driving force behind a number of pro-bono passion projects. Whilst at The&Partnership, Steph launched the world’s first truly accessible pregnancy test prototype, allowing women with sight loss to know their result first, in partnership with RNIB. At TwentyFirstCenturyBrand, she’s working with Pulitzer-Prize winning Little Brown/Hachette, to publish ‘A Colourful View From The Top’, a book featuring 21 autobiographical stories of Black and Brown excellence in British business, with an ambition to inspire the next generation of diverse talent to explore a broader set of career choices. She also worked to bring the Brixton Finishing School partnership, an initiative to champion underrepresented talent, to fruition.
Outside of work, Steph is a dedicated yoga student and community member, connector and investor in The Stack World, whose mission is to move the needle on gender equality by increasing the global GDP of the women’s economy.
