Sujata Dantiki, Head of Competitive and Marketing Insights, Ebay

Sujata is the Head of Competitive and Marketing Insights at eBay. The Competitive Strategy and Insights team leads the charge to empower the Americas business with deep understanding of the competitive landscape. This team partners with key leaders in the business, finance and product teams across eBay to identify, synthesize and quantify competitive opportunities at a detailed level across multiple business verticals. The team spans skill sets across market research, strategy, analytics and user experience

Prior to her current role, Sujata was Director, Retail and Consumer Goods at SSA –  the first hire and a Board Member of the growing Retail and Consumer Goods practice, where she advises clients ranging from Series C start-ups to top five speciality retailers in the US  Sujata works in partnership with clients to diagnose strategic business opportunities and create measurable solutions for sustainable growth.

Prior to SSA, Sujata worked at Newell Brands in Global eCommerce Strategy and Growth. She led three-year global growth plans across all eCommerce cross functional teams to shift growth from in-store to online at key customers. She contributed to eCommerce readiness across the company by assessing digital trends and potential impact to specific business units.

Sujata worked at Mars in Portfolio Strategy where she developed a health and wellness strategy and launched the first digital employee engagement program across seven business segments. She developed the business case for and nationally launched goodnessknows®, the first health and wellness chocolate product for Mars Chocolate.

Originally from Ohio, Sujata lives in NYC. She enjoys traveling and health and fitness. She holds an MBA from The University of Michigan and an Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
