Sunshine Farzan is a global marketing executive with over two decades’ experience driving business impact and revenue growth through digital marketing, brand, product innovation, demand generation and PR across financial services, banking, insurance, SAAS and professional services industries. She has a strong track record of building high-performing global, regional, and local teams to transform Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 companies, fast-growth SMEs and PE-owned firms. Sunshine is also NED for Justice Centre Hong Kong.

Sunshine, having spent half of her career in Asia and half in North America, has held senior marketing roles at MetLife, American Express, Harte Hanks and Kraft Foods. She has dedicated her career to driving growth through new business models, cutting-edge product designs and innovative go-to-market strategies.

Sunshine is currently the Global Head of Marketing & Communications at Standard Chartered’s Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Bank as well as the Global Head of Marketing & Communications for Europe & US. In this role, she drives global strategy, planning and campaign execution in 59 markets across APAC, Africa, Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

Sunshine holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and she has completed the Corporate Director Certificate Program at Harvard Business School. She is also a certified career coach.

All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.
