Tamisine Heath, Chapter Lead, Partnerships & Activations – Commonwealth Bank Australia

A passionate, creative marketer, Tamisine is experienced in leading teams to deliver ground-breaking brand work and major female empowerment partnerships. At the core of her professional journey is a deep-rooted passion for bringing brands to life through emotional connection. She champions creative excellence at every opportunity, evidenced by her many marketing awards.
Currently Chapter Lead for Partnerships and Activations at Commonwealth Bank, she is responsible for delivering brand, customer and commercial value through management and leverage of CommBank’s brand partnerships. This includes major sports partnerships as-well as the provision of communications strategies for critical community investment initiatives.
Tamisine is driven by the conviction that marketing can be a powerful force for positive societal change. Some of her proudest deliverables include playing an instrumental role in driving audience attendance at the ICC T20 Women’s Cricket World Cup Final, 2020, and leading an enterprise-wide program of work to help unite the country around the FIFA Women’s World Cup, 2023.
Tamisine is an empathetic leader who loves teaching marketers the fine art of marketing craft. Since joining Commonwealth Bank, she held a number of leadership positions in Marketing including Brand Advertising and Communications, Brand Management, Media, Social and Business Marketing. During her time at the Bank, she has delivered brand revitalisation programmes, played a key role in driving brand and reputation following the Royal Commission and led a team responding to Covid-19 challenges to help Australians find a way through financial uncertainty.
Outside of work, Tamisine loves spending time with her family. She is passionate about teaching her children the same spirit of inclusion you will find in her work. She will often be found cheering on her daughter in her newfound love for football or her sports-mad twin boys in one of their many sporting endeavours.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
