Tammy is an EMCC and ICF Master Coach and Team Coach, and EMCC Accredited Supervisor. Since 2001, Tammy has worked with corporate and federal government decision makers and their teams around the world, introducing systemically impactful concepts, universal frameworks, models and techniques to ignite learning and evolution. She has authored over 25 articles and textbooks on coaching, supervision and team coaching. She has coached over 100 teams and groups, as well as supervised and mentored coaches. As a previous Information Technology and Communications (ITC) CEO, Tammy has designed and delivered team and strategic business initiatives aligned with sustainable organisational change. She works internationally in over 120 industries. She has extensive experience working virtually with individuals and teams and has over 12,000 face to face coaching hours. Tammy leverages her previous executive background in ITC including IBM, Lexmark, Sybase, and internet start-ups along with over 20 years’ experience in leadership and coaching. Tammy brings a balance of relational and commercial engagement to her co-creative approach within the leadership space.
