Tanya has been recently promoted to Managing Director of TBWASydney responsible for inspiring and leading a bunch of passionate & creative legends and partnering with brilliant clients to disrupt & deliver growth.
Tanya is passionate about people & has a proud reputation for nurturing and developing high performing talent & teams. Her honest & open approach has helped Tanya quickly form strong and effective relationships within TBWA, her clients and wider industry.
Prior to joining TBWASydney, Tanya has worked at some of the worlds most awarded and creative agencies working on blue chip & influential brands both locally and internationally.
Outside of work, you can find Tanya being a personal driver, side-line cheerleader, chef, cleaner, puberty navigator and ultimate hug giver to her two sons. She also doesn’t mind a cheeky glass of bubbles or two.
