Taylor Alston, Head of Social Media, Wealth Management, JPMorgan Chase & Co

Taylor Alston is currently Vice President of Social Media & Community Management for Chase in Chicago, IL where she uses her experience in integrated brand marketing, social engagement, and strategic partnerships to highlight and humanize the Chase brand. She leads a National team of Community Managers and oversees the firm’s monitoring, listening of social media and strategic engagement across Chase’s 5+ million followers. Taylor and her team have reimagined the firms social listing framework to track brand perception, glean consumer insights to inform campaigns strategies and assess message penetration. The team also cultivates Chase’s digital communities to deepen trust with consumers and prospects. This includes launching social media campaigns, expanding into emerging platforms, and managing influencer integrations. She joined the firm in 2014 as an analyst, supporting the digital marketing team in Dallas, TX.

Taylor is a highly creative and consumer-centric people leader with proven track record of developing award-winning strategies to advance brand awareness, build trust and drive business results.

Taylor is a proud alumna of Spelman College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She serves as a mentor for the America Needs You Fellowship Program and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
