Taylor Svarc, National Head of Transformation – OMD Australia

Taylor is a passionate architect of the future of marketing, weaving together data, technology, and the human touch. She has an obsession for solving complex business problems with new, bespoke solutions with a balance of technology and vulnerability. For her, it’s not just about the evolution of tech and strategy, but about the people driving the change.

Taylor is currently the National Head of Transformation at OMD. Her remit consists of strategically directing the OMD digital transformation, data and technology program. Her role encompasses a comprehensive approach to education, establishing and nurturing client relationships and leadership of a dedicated team of transformation experts. She plays a pivotal role in devising solutions aimed at securing the future success of OMD’s clients’ businesses.

Prior to OMD, Taylor successfully established and led the Client Services business unit at The Lumery, a marketing technology consultancy. She held a pivotal role in managing and nurturing all national clients and partners supporting their businesses to bridge the gap between marketing and digital to deliver seamless data, technology and strategic consultative programs.

Taylor is a passionate leader with over 17 years’ experience in digital media, marketing, and transformation. Originally from the USA, Taylor has made Melbourne her home with her husband, two young children and labradoodle.

NOMINATIONS FOR 2026 ARE OPEN!

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
