Tobiah Cramer is a multifaceted strategist leading GEICO’s lifecycle marketing team, where she drives high-value customer acquisition and retention by aligning deep customer insight with ambitious business objectives.
Previously, as Director of Data & Insights at Accelerate 360, Tobiah enhanced marketing performance across a broad digital ecosystem and partner network. While at Accelerate 360, Tobiah developed The Impulse Equation, a proprietary algorithm to optimize retail impulse programs. The Impulse Equation incorporates sales data, product attributes and store placement data to reverse engineer the most successful impulse programs in retail today.
Before that, Tobiah honed her marketing skills at the advertising agency Havas, translating consumer insights into omnichannel strategies for iconic brands including Lacoste and Starbucks.
Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Tobiah is a graduate of Appalachian State University and now calls Chicago home, where she lives with her rescue dog Preston. Beyond work, she can be found biking the lakefront, exploring new restaurants, and cooking through Ina Garten’s cookbooks.
