Tommy Pollock, Head of Data, Technology and AI – Razorfish

Tommy Pollock is Head of Data, Technology and AI at Razorfish Australia. He leads the agency’s marketing technology, analytics and AI capabilities, and has transformed its offering by building Razorfish’s Google Marketing Platform practice, strengthening its measurement capability and introducing new AI-enabled ways of working.

Previously, Tommy spent 11 years at Deloitte Digital, where he led major marketing, data and technology programs for some of Australia’s largest brands and helped develop internal capability across the firm.

Tommy is known for developing strong teams, simplifying complexity and creating environments where people can do their best work. Outside the office, he’s playing sports, skiing, or making music.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
