Tony Marsden, Senior Strategy Lead – Bow and Arrow

Hailing from the South Yorkshire megalopolis of Doncaster, Tony is a socially-minded strategist at growth consultancy Bow&Arrow. His day job is to help inspired business make a greater positive impact by identifying and implementing new ideas that change the shape of their industry.

Before that, his career meandered from recruitment to management consultancy to startup (and, somehow, he’s back in consulting again).

In his previous role as the UK Manager of Menu Next Door, Tony had the honour of creating and running a community of 750 home chefs across London, who shared their love of cooking with friends and neighbours, offering gifted people an opportunity to share their talent with a local audience.

Before that, he spent three years living out of a suitcase setting up new arms of restaurant platform Zomato in London, Edinburgh, Milan and Rome and assisting the leadership team in Delhi make the most of the growth that’s taken them to unicorn status.

His career started with a two-year stint in a City-based recruitment firm, before he joined the Deloitte Consulting grad scheme and worked for four years as a member of their Analytics team.

The highlight of his life was getting Darren Gough’s signature at Scarborough Cricket Club aged 9. And a recent trip to Chicago.
