As part of the Wisdom8 team, Tracy is a coach on the Marketing Academy program and for the past 13 years, she has been working with fast growth companies through to large multi-nationals to enhance the performance of leaders and their teams.
Her previous commercial experience involved building a successful recruitment business from scratch, across the UK, Europe and Asia. This subsequently led her spending 5 years as Managing Consultant of a leading marketing recruitment business, working with FTSE 100 companies across FMCG, fintech, retail, legal and manufacturing sectors.
Tracy has a very firm belief that in order to sustain the biggest shifts in individual, team and business performance there is a need to go beyond the individual and see and develop the whole system. She encourages systems thinking philosophy to build professional resilience and agility to impact change, communication, collaboration, conflict and positivity. Tracy has a reputation for being a pragmatic and positive coach. She is accredited in PROPHET, amongst other psychometric profiling instruments.
