Victor Lee, Chief Marketing Officer, Kin Insurance

Throughout his 25-year career, Victor has transformed legacy-based organizations into digital first companies and developed agile analytic mindsets that has redefined decade old creative and media processes.

Currently he is the CMO of Kin. Kin is a home insurance company disrupting the 100+ year old category through technology. As CMO, he is responsible for all aspects of the brand marketing and customer acquisition channels.

Prior to Kin, he was the CMO of RXBAR responsible for leading all marketing, communications, commercialization, media, product development and consumer insights.

Prior to RXBAR, Victor was the SVP Digital Marketing at Hasbro, responsible for the global digital marketing efforts for all Hasbro brands including Transformers, Monopoly, My Little Pony, Nerf, Play Doh, and others.

Before that he was SVP of Marketing at Digitas and led the relationships for brands such as, Goodyear, Buick, GMC, Harley-Davidson, Pontiac, IHG, OnStar and Saturn. Programs he has worked on have received high recognition from The Pro Awards, The Reggies, The Effies, MIXX, MITX, and Cannes Lions.

He has also spent some time as Vice President, Creative and Strategy, for AMP Agency and Senior Publicist at Viacom parent, National Amusements.

In 2012, he was recognized on Brand Innovators’ Top 40 Under 40 list and currently serves on their Advisory Board. He serves as an Effies Worldwide Finalist Juror, Pro Awards Final Judge and Reggies Award Judge. Victor has also keynoted or spoken at SXSW, CES, ANA, Mobile Marketing Association, New York Advertising Week and others.

He holds a B.A. from Boston College where he was also an adjunct professor and received his MBA from Northeastern University. He is also on the advisory boards for Kreatures of Habit, Mada and a few others. He currently lives in Boston with his wife and son.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
