Victoria is an Executive and Leadership Coach and Director of Inclusive Executive Coaching & Leadership Development (IECLD). She is also the Head of International Growth / Head of Corporate Membership and Accreditation at the Association for Coaching (AC).
Victoria is a highly energetic, multifaceted professional with a ‘global mindset’, having an international background working with Leaders, Emerging Leaders, People Managers, C-suite, Board-level executives, entrepreneurs and UHNWI. Victoria specialises in leadership, resilience, inclusion, strategy, cross-cultural coaching, group and team coaching, career coaching, and new business start-ups. Victoria has a passion to ignite positive change, supporting individuals, teams, and organisations to evolve, enhance performance, find meaning and purpose, and to fulfil their true potential.
With a wealth of over 25 years’ international experience in corporate, academic, government, SME, and not-for-profit organisations. Working within diverse sectors including design, print and packaging, education management, R&D, consulting, manufacturing, greenfield industrial projects, and plant and equipment rental industries in UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Holding various leadership roles focused on international growth, business development, change management, human resources, project management, graphic design, marketing, and operations.
Victoria is additionally a professional multi-hyphenate artist and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Diploma in Executive and Senior Level Coaching & Mentoring, Certificate in Existential Coaching, Accredited PROPHET Profiling Practitioner and a certified Master Coach and Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
