Victoria is Strategy, Marketing & Innovation Director at Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods where she leads the Marketing, Category & Innovation Team. Responsible for the long-term strategic direction of the Dairy Business in addition to driving growth & consumer behaviour change across a number of iconic household Brands within GB, IOI and International Markets including Strings & Things – Cheestrings, Dairygold & PURE Dairy-Free.
Over the last couple of years, Victoria has harnessed the consumer demand for plant-based foods to accelerate Kerry’s growth agenda, diversify & expand the Business footprint into new, high growth white spaces. She has revitalised & stretched supertanker Brands whilst building start-up Brands from scratch.
During her career, Victoria has taken her passion for brand building & driving behaviour change into a variety of marketing, commercial and leadership roles across multiple Industries & International Markets.
Prior to Kerry, Victoria held Marketing & Innovation roles within T-Mobile International, T-Mobile UK & Barclays Bank.
Victoria is passionate about humanized leadership and how discovering ‘personal purpose’ can drive resourcefulness, fulfilment & well-being. Victoria gets energy from helping others unleash their potential and has ambitions to further develop her coaching skills to support those who are in the early stages of their careers & looking to advance their leadership development.
Victoria is also an enthusiastic ‘yogi’ who loves learning about yoga philosophy as well as challenging herself mentally & physically. She uses her yoga practice to re-energise, build strength & resilience.
