Since 1994, as an Executive Coach, facilitator and leadership trainer Wendy has delivered bespoke development solutions across a wide range of sectors internationally. She supports senior executives; teams and organisations excel in their aims whilst capitalising upon people potential in areas such as purposeful leadership, engagement, culture, team development, EQ and creating empowering coaching cultures that are agile to change.
Wendy is an Assessor and Master Executive Coach with the AC and a certified Coach Supervisor with CSA. She is described as an enthusiastic and inspiring coach with an open, intuitive, supportive yet challenging and motivational style.
In 2010 she returned to industry for a one-year interim role with one of Europe’s fastest growing online technology companies. Reporting to the CEO, she built the talent team and forged the strategic direction for recruitment, OD, HR and culture worldwide. Wendy’s strong commercial acumen and results oriented approach was honed building and managing sales teams with entrepreneurial companies, in her early career.
