Will is Head of Planning at adam&eveDDB – Campaign’s Agency of the Decade, and the UK’s biggest creative agency. Here he leads a diverse team of 30 planners on a mission to make great work that works. He is passionate about creative ideas and wants to make work that matters to people who don’t care about what he does for a living.
Will started as a grad at Bishop’s Bridge Road in late September 2011 and has been part of the furniture ever since. In the past 10 years he’s worked on the agency’s biggest clients, (including Volkswagen, Waitrose, Google, Foster’s, Lucozade and Booking.com) and has been the planner behind some of the agency’s most creatively awarded and effective campaigns. He was the planner behind the highly-awarded Marmite Gene Project and CALM’s provocative Project 84 – a campaign that led to the appointment of the UK’s first ever Suicide Prevention Minister.
Outside of life at adam&eveDDB, Will splits his time between working voluntarily for CALM as a Trustee and walking his beloved Brown Boston Terrier, Winnie.
