Yasmin is a non-executive director at ASX Ltd, Cochlear Ltd, Santos Ltd and QBE Ltd. She serves on the ASX Clearing & Settlement boards and ASX’s Audit and Technology committees. She is Chair of Cochlear’s Audit Committee and a member of the Cochlear Technology Committee and People and Culture committee. Yasmin is also Chair of Santos’ People, Remuneration & Culture Committee and a member of the Santos Audit & Risk Committee. Yasmin also serves on the Audit and People and Rem & Culture Committees at QBE.

Yasmin is Chair of the Digital Skills Organisation, an initiative of the Australian Federal Government, Department of Employment, tasked with accelerating our Nation’s supply of technology skills. She is Chair of Tic:Toc Online; a digital home loan platform, and a director of The George Institute for Global Health (TGI) and George Health Enterprises (TGI’s research commercialisation arm).

Yasmin is Acting President of the Takeovers Panel and Chair of the Harrison Riedel Foundation, focused on increasing help-seeking for youth in need. She is also a member of the European Australia Business Council (EABC) Business Council.

Her previous directorships include IAG Ltd, EFIC (Australia’s Export Bank) and she is the former Chair of AI SaaS platform, Faethm.ai (the predictive data source for the Future of Work, which was sold to Pearson plc in 2021). She was formerly the Chair of Macquarie Group’s Global Infrastructure Funds.

Prior to her directorships, Yasmin had an extensive career in investment banking, including as Vice President of Deutsche Bank, Director of ANZ Investment Bank in Sydney and HSBC in London.

Yasmin has a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and in 2015 was awarded the Melbourne University Alumni of Distinction. Yasmin is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member (and former council member) of Chief Executive Women.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
