Yumiko Clevenger-Lee, Global Chief Marketing Officer, QuEST Global

Yumi Clevenger-Lee is global Chief Marketing Officer for QuEST Global, an end to end engineering services company.  She is a visionary with proven international and domestic experience in identifying consumer and customer insights and translating them into big ideas that exceed expectations and drive top line growth. She has entrepreneurial DNA, thrives in fast-paced environments, and feels comfortable charting new territory. She is skilled in developing business strategies that can inspire an organization to think differently and take action. Her strong communication skills and ability to prioritize and effectively motivate diverse groups of individuals enable her to transform visions into tangible new ideas that work in the marketplace in record time.

Yumi is passionate about brand building and has a proven track record of putting consumers back at the center of new product and campaign development processes leading to better and faster results. She has over 17 years of CPG marketing experience spanning areas of new product innovation, reinventing brands through purpose, developing engaging campaigns and creating new communication models and business models. Prior to joining QuEST, Yumi oversaw marketing strategy and business development of Nestlé Waters’ brands, and led innovation and marketing at General Mills.

Yumi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Yumi sits on the national Board of Directors for the community improvement nonprofit Keep America Beautiful®.

Her teams would consistently say that she has created a motivating vision and rallying point that inspires them to go the extra mile. Yumi leads through example and treats her teams with great care, while also pushing them to achieve beyond their own expectations. By creating a foundation of vision, prioritization and team spirit, Yumi leads, creates, supports, manages, trouble-shoots and problem-solves every challenge thrown her way and manages to have some fun in the process.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
