THE SELECTION PROCESS & KEY DATES

Entry begins with a nomination – you cannot apply directly, and you cannot nominate yourself. Someone who knows your work (a boss, peer, client, supplier, friend or family member) must nominate you via The Marketing Academy website.

Those nominated are invited to apply, completing a three-part application: a full CV, a written employer endorsement and a two-minute digital ‘Showcase Me’ video. Applicants then progress to a pitch, and finalists to a panel interview with senior marketing and HR professionals. The process is rigorous by design – we select just 30 from thousands of nominations.

PLEASE NOTE: Attendance at the residential Bootcamps is mandatory for all Scholars so please ensure you are available on the dates specified below.
