The Scholarship Program

THE SELECTION CRITERIA

Whether your experience is in a B2C or B2B brand, public or charity sector, media or creative agency, media owner or platform, entrepreneur or working for companies large or small, all applicants are assessed equally against our criteria.

Ideally between 8 and 18 years work experience in a marketing or agency role.

Currently in a leadership role.

Highly ambitious to further career in marketing leadership, aspiring to board roles.

Evidence of commitment to broadening horizons, such as an interest in charitable, social, cultural, creative, travel or sporting endeavours.

Demonstrates commitment to career with evidence of results & achievements.

High emotional intelligence & natural drive to succeed.

Employed on a permanent (not freelance) basis in the UK and have worked for the same company for a minimum of 6 months by the start of the program.

No known risk of termination or resignation for the duration of the program.

*Please note: We have Scholarships available for individuals who do not have a ‘classic’ marketing background. Those who have demonstrated exceptional potential as natural marketers or who have shown outstanding entrepreneurial ability or exceptional achievement in the face of adversity will be considered.

THE SELECTION PROCESS & KEY DATES

The Scholarship Program is free but highly selective, so we ask senior business leaders to nominate the best emerging leaders they know.

All nominees automatically receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the 3-stage selection process.

PLEASE NOTE: Attendance at the residential Bootcamps is mandatory for all Scholars so please ensure you are available on the dates specified below.

FEBRUARY

NOMINATION

Deadline: Friday 13th February 2026

All nominees then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

FEBRUARY

APPLICATION

Submission Deadline: Friday 20th February 2026

Nominees receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ and must submit a three-part application: A full CV, An Employer’s Endorsement, a Two-Minute Digital ‘Showcase Me’.

MARCH & APRIL

THE PITCH

Monday 30th March – Friday 10th April 2026

Successful applicants at application screening stage will be invited to a 30 minute virtual interview with a Scholarship Alumni.

APRIL & MAY

THE PANEL

Monday 27th April – Friday 1st May 2026

Successful applicants from The Pitch stage will be invited to a 1 hour virtual interview with two members of our selection panel (Senior Marketing and HR Professionals).

FINAL DECISIONS

Final decisions will be made and communicated by Monday 11th May 2026.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
