Fran Middleton

Fran is an executive leadership coach and team facilitator with over 25 years’ experience. She has extensive knowledge of financial and professional services as well as the technology and voluntary sectors. Fran works with a broad range of clients from CEOs and board members to newly promoted business leaders.

Clients recognise and trust Fran’s ability to create an open environment of ‘creative discomfort’, in which they can be heard but also challenged. This enables them to clarify their own self-limiting assumptions and re-discover personal strengths. They progress to identify and explore new solutions that lead to better business and personal decisions.

Fran has an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling with further qualifications in Existential Psychotherapy. She is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an affiliate and member of the Special Group of Coaching Psychology, British Psychological Society

Fran is a Trustee for Prospex- an inner London charity that provides young people with life and employment skills. She also volunteers for a Sunday International Group at St Martins in the Fields supporting homeless refugees and asylum seekers
