From HR with Marks & Spencer plc she founded and led an international human rights charity in Luxembourg, and – on her return to the UK – created a European business development consultancy and held a directorship in a talent management company before setting up her executive coaching consultancy. Lindsay specialises in: authentic leadership; career development; and cross-cultural coaching. Originator of the Wittenberg Career Coaching Model, clients describe her as inspiring, challenging, insightful, and supportive. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring, and certificates in The Psychology of Coaching and Gestalt Coaching Skills, and was awarded the EMCC’s European Individual Accreditation at Senior Practitioner Level.
