Preeta is a qualified board-level executive coach, with passion for encouraging and supporting others. Preeta began her career in commercial management and has a breadth of operational and board-level experience, including having P&L responsibility for £24mn within a multi-million PLC. She also spent over a decade as an entrepreneur, during which time she established and sold a successful business start-up.
Combining her coaching expertise with her commercial business leadership experience, and a psychological perspective, Preeta understands not only what it takes to be an inspiring leader, but helps clients to create shifts in perspective, enabling them to find new ways to understand, respond to and resolve practical business issues, whilst becoming more aware of who they are, how they relate to others, and ultimately achieve both business and personal career aspirations.
