Abi is engaged in Interim Director roles currently Commercial & Customer Experience Director L3 covering a similar portfolio and taking on the addition of Commercial ownership. Previous interim roles include as CMO Oyster yachts. Prior to this Abi held senior roles at British Airwys over a 21 year career, latterly as Head of Brands and Marketing and also Head of Customer Experience. Her portfolio included Marketing Communications, Brand Strategy, Product Design, Insights, Sponsorship and CRM.
She lives in Surrey with her husband and enjoys Amateur dramatics and Singing as a hobby.
