Becky Brock, Marketing Director – John Lewis Partnership

Becky was appointed Marketing Director of John Lewis & Partners in 2017 where she has transformed their use of data and technology in customer communications, spearheaded bringing Waitrose and John Lewis together in the eyes of the customer and continued the creative excellence which is synonymous with the brand.

Prior to joining JLP, Becky was a board member of private equity backed Outdoor & Cycle Concepts, held a variety of roles within Home Retail Group, ran global marketing for The Macallan whisky brand at The Edrington Group, and cut her teeth in marketing at Unilever.

A multi-award winning marketer, Becky has a Gold Cannes Lion and an IPA Gold to her name, and was recognised by the Marketing Society as its Young Marketer of the Year in 2011.
