Dan leads the strategic alignment of the 3 consumer brands in the BT Group – EE, Plusnet and BT – owning their marketing strategies, brand positioning, and propositions roadmaps. He also leads the delivery of all major marketing launches for BT and EE, across 4 categories (mobile, broadband, pay TV and sport). He is leading the transformation of BT into a business that has a portfolio of brands.
Prior to this, Dan was Consumer Marketing Director for BT, where he was accountable for the sales and churn performance of the BT brand in the UK, a £5bn revenue business. In this role he successfully drove 13 consecutive quarters of revenue growth. He lead the UK’s second largest advertising budget and the CRM function.
Dan is a former Council Member at ISBA and sits on the advisory council for Ad Week Europe.
Outside of work Dan is run ragged by 3 kids and has distant dreams of winning a competitive cycle race.
