Michelle Andrews, CMO at Quilter

Michelle Andrews is the Chief Marketing Officer of Quilter plc, a leading provider of financial advice, investments and wealth management in the UK and internationally. Managing £118 billion of retail clients’ investments (as at 30 September 2018), Quilter operates in some of the largest wealth markets in the world. Having separated from its South African parent company Old Mutual, in June 2018, it is now listed on the UK’s London Stock Exchange and South Africa’s Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

With over 25 years’ experience in the marketing of financial services, Michelle is an advocate of strong, visible leadership and has built an award winning, diverse and inclusive team. She is adept at leading major change and most latterly has developed and implemented the brand strategy and brand positioning for the newly listed business. She has extensive commercial experience, and has held key roles across international distribution, UK and international customer proposition and international market development. She has a wealth of subsidiary board experience across a range of international financial centres including the UK, Continental Europe, the Nordics, South East Asia and the Middle East.

Michelle is a member of the Quilter plc Executive Committee. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
