Rick Lawrence, CMO & VP International Markets – TINE Group

Rick previously heades up the Biscuits & Snacks business for Mondelez in the diverse region of South East Asia based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role he is responsible for delivering the growth strategy and marketing activity for a portfolio of global and local brands across 9 business units ranging from Indonesia to Hong Kong.

Prior to moving with his family to South East Asia, Rick was based in the UK. Most recently responsible for leading the fast growing Biscuits & Snacks business in Northern Europe, previous roles for Mondelez in the UK include managing the Cadbury Dairy Milk brand and the Seasonal Chocolate portfolio.

Rick started his career at Unilever in 2000 making a quick stop at Nestle before joining Heineken where he worked on brands including John Smiths & Foster’s, before moving onto become Marketing Manager Innovation and finally managing the Premium Lagers portfolio including the iconic Heineken brand from 2009-2001.

In 2015/16 Rick supported the Marketing Academy as an Assessor for the Scholarship programme.
