Michele’s commercial career spans over 30 years: she worked for ten years at Colgate Palmolive, six years at PepsiCo and then joined Brand Learning in 2002. She has worked in London, Brussels, Rome and New York and has supported leading global businesses build excellence in marketing and sales. Michele was a key player in orchestrating the Accenture acquisition of Brand Learning in Aug 2017.
At Colgate, Michele led the development of the oral care category and drove the launch of the mouthrinse category across EMEA. At PepsiCo she led the hugely successful Walkers brand in the UK, enjoying her time working closely with the brand ambassador Gary Lineker! She then rolled out the UK snacks buiness success across EMEA.
Having been with Brand Learning for over 16 years, Michele is now the Co-CEO of Brand Learning and is on the Group Board. She works across multiple sectors, clients and geographies. She is also a multiple award winning mentor for the Marketing Academy and is an active member of the Marketing Society, having previously led the highly esteemed Marketing Leaders Programme for five years.
Michele is now based in the UK and juggles a very hectic work and home life with her husband and two very sporty teenage kids.
Something you may not know about Michele… when not agitating for change and improvements in organizations, teams and the people she works with, Michele always likes a challenge, whether it be a half marathon or the moonwalk.
