Abbey Mills, Client Services Director, Born Social

Abbey is Client Services Director at Born Social, a social media agency working with some of the world’s most exciting brands, delivering industry leading and award winning work. Abbey joined the founding team at Born Social in 2013 as an Account Manager and since then has played an integral role in growing the agency into the 50 person team it is today.

In her current role Abbey works with the leadership team to set the agency’s vision, values, culture and annual commercial targets.She leads client services across the agency ensuring all contracts are retained and work provides clients with real business value. Abbey passionately believes that the success of any partnership is down to output and relationship so strives for Born Social to offer both at the highest level. Abbey has been responsible for driving significant growth across key clients such as L’Oreal and Reckitt Benckiser.

As part of her current and previous roles at Born Social Abbey has been responsible for the personal and professional development and operational running of the team. This includes resourcing, recruitment and culture. Throughout her time at Born Social she has become hugely passionate about developing a strong company culture and how businesses do this this as an entire team.

Outside of Born Social Abbey has enjoyed public speaking at events helping small businesses to think strategically and efficiently about their social media marketing. After working with OnlyConnect in 2017 she continues to look for opportunities to support those entering creative industries.
