Anne-Lise Johnsen, Fan Engagement Lead at Chelsea Football Club

Anne-Lise holds the role of Fan Engagement Lead at Chelsea Football Club where she is responsible for the Club’s global youth marketing strategy.

Previously she has lead the youth strategy at Arsenal FC, and worked for News International for the Milkround brand – a leading graduate recruitment website. Anne-Lise is passionate about youth and understanding what triggers them. She enjoys working with kids and teens in her job and also volunteers for a youth organisation in her spare time.

Anne-Lise was the Young Marketing Leader of 2016 as voted by the Marketing Society and an alumni of the recognised Brand Learning Marketing Leaders programme.

From Norway, she moved to England in 2009 to undertake a MSc in Advanced Marketing Management at Lancaster University, before moving to London in 2010. Anne-Lise is trilingual after living in Spain perfecting her Spanish.
