Elise Dickinson, Head of Global Brands Innovation, Europe – AB InBev

Elise is currently the European Head of Innovation for AB InBev’s Global Brands. Her team is responsible for delivering new product development on the company’s biggest brands including Budweiser, Corona, & Stella Artois, working in close collaboration with Supply, Finance, and Marketing. Most recently, Elise was proud to launch Michelob Ultra in the UK, which is the company’s latest Global Brand and is defining a new category space as the UK’s first premium low calorie beer.

Prior to joining AB InBev, Elise worked in Brand Management at Colgate-Palmolive in New York. There she helped to lead the North American relaunch of Colgate Total toothpaste, bringing together new product technology, commercial strategy and marketing to deliver the biggest change ever made to the company’s flagship brand. She also gained experience in Colgate’s Sales & Global divisions as part of their Global MBA program.

Elise earned her MBA at Kellogg School of Management, and before that spent 4 years in Sales & Trading at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. She’s thrilled that she’s now in a role where she can combine her previous financial and commercial experience with her passion for consumer insights and product marketing. Outside of work she loves running, travelling, and of course trying lots of new beers!
